Ireland’s largest shopping complex, Blanchardstown Centre has secured ten new tenants.

 

Four of the new occupiers are from the US – Sketchers, Foot Solutions, Cell Again and KFC.

 

South African casual dining restaurateur Nando’s will open later this year overlooking the Blue Mall entrance in a new unit which will incorporate outdoor seating.

 

The two largest letting are to UK retailers where Boots and DFS are each opening stores of over 2000 sq m. Boots are relocating to their new flagship unit currently which is currently under construction and set to open in September. Earlier this year DFS the furniture retailer opened their very first outlet in Ireland in a retail park location close to the Liberty Insurance headquarters building.  

 

Compu B, the premium Apple retailer have started trading in the Centre.

 

Other new occupiers include Herbal Inn, Yankee Candles and Sugar Dolls.

 

Further announcements naming new retail and restaurant tenants are expected shortly.
