The Role

We are looking to recruit a fun and energetic Store Manager with a passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills at our Blanchardstown store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic personality to join a growing, ambitious team.

The main role of our Managers is to lead our teams in creating a unique brand experience in our stores in line with G+C core values.


This is an important role in our company and we rely on our in store teams to authentically share our culture and brand and inspire our community.


Our goal is that everyone leaves our stores feeling part of our community!

Motivate and drive the team to achieve excellent results across all KPI’s.


Develop creative initiatives to improve store performance.

Assign tasks, set sales objectives, solve customer/team/operational issues and monitor team performance.

Oversee the effective management of the store and team.

What will the role entail?

High level customer service across the whole team.

Processing payments & cash handling.

Ensuring stock levels are monitored and well maintained.

Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.

Window Displays and Visual Merchandising.

Being a real life representation of the Gym+Coffee brand.

You will be expected to have an outgoing personality and possess excellent knowledge of the company’s products and services.

What kind of person are we looking for?

Experience working in retail

Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills essential.

Experience in dealing with customer demands in a fast paced working environment an advantage.

Availability must be fully flexible.

Someone who is willing to generally help out, this is a startup so from time to time everyone just needs to muck in
